Comio is owned by Chinese ODM Topwise Communication, and is headquartered in Hong Kong. Topwise Communication was founded in 2005, and it specializes in manufacturing all categories of smartphones, PC tablets and POS machines worldwide, including leading Indian smartphone brands.
